Job Description:Simon Property Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a part-time employee at the mid-to-senior level, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and providing exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for all client accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely manner- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client projects and initiatives- Analyze data and provide insights to help clients make informed decisions about their accounts- Monitor account performance and develop strategies to drive growth and retention- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve their experience

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- Proven experience in key account management or customer support- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Confidence in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse client base- Adaptability to changing client needs and market trends
