Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our Retirement Sales team as aRelationship Manager, aligned to the Bank/Wirehouse distribution channels!About the roleAs the Relationship Manager, you will manage and develop relationships with Retirement Division partners to drive growth of product sales. You will bring a strong understanding of Symetra products and capabilities and align with partner needs and objectives. This is the face of the account for Symetra both internally and externally.What you will doAlign needs of partner with Symetra capabilities; visit partner; attend and support conferencesAttend sales meetings and quarterly update meetings for key assigned relationshipsPrepare for due diligence tripsPrepare and submit monthly account summaries submitted to the Managing Director each month.Participate in the budget process through mid-year reforecasting, forecasting, and sponsorship estimates.Develop Business Plans for larger partner banks.Work with aligned internal partners to support launch of products and services for external partners by participating in project and marketing meetings to drive activities and provide needed context.Work with sales management and sales force to drive sales expansion with partnersProvide account training to internal wholesalersComplete sales analysis for monthly report to Managing DirectorWhy work at Symetra"If you want to invest in yourself and build a career, this is a great place to work.
