Details
Contractor will be working on a long-term project to conduct Administrative Account Reviews and related Quality Assurance Reviews for a large portfolio of Corporate Trust and Agency deals serviced by the Global Capital Markets division of Wilmington Trust
Ideal candidates will have the following skills/ experience:
Experience working in the Corporate Trust and Agency industry, particularly in transaction management or account administration disciplines
Ability to review, understand and analyze complex legal contracts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Acute attention to detail
Strong critical and independent thinking
Highly analytical, organized, and efficient
Ability to learn quickly and apply acquired knowledge rapidly
Task oriented with ability to prioritize appropriately to achieve project goals
Strong computer skills and familiarity with MS software such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, Adobe, etc.
Familiarity with industry software applications such as ACS Web, Transtar, etc. a plus.
What the Team does:
They are a Global capital market division. They provide trust and agency services to global capital market. They have 17 different product lines. His group deals with corporate Trust bonds. They have portfolio of 34000 accounts. They will review those accounts based on the new policies. The contractors will be reviewing complex legal contracts.
Must Haves:
Looking for someone who has Corporate Trust Industry experience in similar roles like Relationship Management or Customer Relations.
Also suggested that any candidate who has worked with financial institutions.
They should have attention to detail, should be a critical thinker, organized and someone with analytical skills.
