Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer experience• Manage and meet with assigned customers to build lasting relationships• Engage and educate customers, establish trust, and build lasting relationships• Connect customers to technology• Provide financial options using a consultative approach• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately• Work in partnership with Specialists to connect customers to experts with specialized financial needs
Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in Retail banking sales, Financial services sales, or Consultative relationship sales role• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent• Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration, and Life licenses required• Operate within established risk parameters and meet risk and compliance obligations• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings• College degree or military equivalent preferred• Professional, thorough, and organized with strong follow-up skills• Experience adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
