Responsibilities
• Identify customer needs and make appropriate referrals through proactive sales/service efforts• Service, sell, and cross-sell deposit accounts, loan products, insurance products, cash management services, etc.• Safeguard the bank's assets and security of the working environment while processing transactions accurately• Maintain and balance a cash drawer• Open, close, and maintain accounts• Achieve sales and referral goals• Make outreach calls to customers and/or prospects• Meet and greet public in a professional manner• Perform all work within the bank's guidelines, policies, procedures, and standards• Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Ability to meet sales goals in a retail environment• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal technology systems• Understanding of basic math concepts and principles• Pass appropriate assessment tests• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Time management skills• Detail oriented• Strong customer service and sales skills• Professional appearance and mannerisms• Experience in maintaining and balancing a cash drawer preferred• 12 months sales experience preferred• 12 months face-to-face customer service experience preferred• Ability to handle daily lifting of boxed or bagged coins
