Health Center is looking to hire PRP Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist. This is a contractual employment. The PRP Rehabilitation Specialist must have one of the following LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW, LGPC or Rehabilitation Specialist Certification. Rehab Specialist

MUST

oversee clinical direction of the agency pertaining to COMAR regulations. Rehab Specialist should have some experience with conducting Rehab Assessments for new clients. The rehabilitation specialist must have experience with creating treatment plans and ensure that the program provides rehabilitative activities for consumers directed towards the development or restoration of skills pertaining to their individualized treatment plan. Review & Approve Notes of direct care team members. The mental health psychiatric rehabilitation specialist would be expected to provide individual supervision to all PRP Rehab staff within their caseload.

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
