Regulatory Assistant-Green Bay, WI Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Regulatory Assistant for one of our clients, a food manufacturer, located in Green Bay, WI. As a Regulatory Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the regulatory department. Some tasks will include filing, organizing paperwork and files, basic computer work that requires downloading PDF files, generating reports, and data entry. This position assists the Regulatory Specialist in reviewing, and updating, label copies and specifications to ensure information is accurate, meets customer requirements, and to ensure all product labels follow government regulations.
Essential Functions File and organize paperwork with use of company drive
Saving documents from Genesis Program to the company drive
Work within Genesis Software to ensure specification compliance and accuracy between the system and supplier documentation
Work with Supplier documentation packets in preparation for packet review
Specification development and review for all bulk products
Review specifications, packaging, and labeling proofs to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
Review supplier nutrition and composition information to evaluate for completeness and regulatory compliance
Ensure all Food Safety and regulatory compliance is met regarding Labels and Specifications
Other general office duties such as operating a fax machine, answering phones, other basic computer work such as use of Microsoft Word and Excel may be necessary
Education, Skills, and Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Experience working with regulatory compliance for nutrition labeling
2 years of recent office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
