Hiring Three (3) Registration Supervisors, with primary locations listed below: West: 819 Bloomington Rd, Champaign, IL North/East (school-based clinics)1009 S Race St, Urbana, IL 424 E Wabash Ave, Rantoul, IL South: 821 S Neil St, Champaign, IL 919 W Kirby Ave, Champaign, IL Qualifications: EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Associate degree or higher preferred; At least One (1) year of supervisory experience in a Heathcare setting; FQHC experience highly preferred. CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS

Strong communication skills; observes high standard of confidentiality; multiple tasks concurrently; memory for details; ability to prioritize and complete tasks under stressful conditions with interruptions; ability to accept and implement change and function in instances where decisions are not always apparent.
Essential Functions:
Oversees the development, training, and implementation of standard work by the patient service representatives. and ensures they have received adequate training and are knowledgeable, with demonstrated proficiency, of all internal policies and procedures, and are consistent with standard work. Assists in monitoring patient flow, minimizing wait times, and ensuring patient access per policy. Directs and oversees human resource activities, which include recruitment of staff, completing appropriate documentation, performance appraisals and leading goal setting, working collaboratively with the PARC Director . Adheres to all human resources expectations including compliance-related responsibilities, orientation, recognition of staff/team accomplishments, etc. May terminate positions when necessary, working directly with supervisor and HR. Completes weekly employee schedules and duty assignments of locations assigned, ensuring adequate staff coverage of patient services representatives. Acts as an onsite leader for staff to approach and Works to enhance provider satisfaction and assist in resolving provider-related and operational issues, in conjunction with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and other senior leaders. Actively seeks ways to control costs and improve processes without compromising patient safety, or quality of care of the services delivered. Establish benchmarks, and standards of practices with policies and procedures consistent with organizational goals, infrastructure, and state and federal requirements. Ensures front desk staff collect, verify, and update patient demographic and insurance information during the registration and visit process. Provides front office coverage by performing duties such as greeting, verifying eligibility, and checking-in of patients, as needed and scheduled. Ability to perform and expected to perform as Patient Registration I, and II duties on a regular basis. Oversees and manages customer behaviors and satisfaction in registration, and scheduling. Promotes a team approach to delivering quality services to patient. Oversees and delegates front of facility appearance, including entrances, waiting room, and applicable areas during Promise Healthcare hours of operation to ensure cleanliness and safety. Ensures the proper and timely opening and closing of assigned locations in accordance with posted hours. Support the Patient Services Representatives to ensure the quality of the insurance, demographics, and eligibility data entered, as well as monitoring all time-of-service collections by providing reporting and training materials. Communicate changes and updates to supervisor in a timely fashion. Implement new processes and protocols as these become necessary and assigned. Assists in the development of protocols and procedures specific to the area of operation. Other operational duties as required, including assisting scheduling with shift coverage for any site in need and after-hours on-call duties as assigned. Works with Supervisor to achieve targets for patient volume/encounters. Integrates work with other staff to ensure timely, accurate patient flow. Participates in continuous quality improvement activities. Participates in meetings. Complies with Promise Healthcare policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
