Coral Springs Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Wilmington, DE is hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse Unit Manager.

This position is a salary position and pays up to $95,000 based upon experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The RN Unit Manager assists with patient's examinations and/or questions.
The RN Unit Manager implements and interprets organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
The RN Unit Manager manages the RN, LPN and CNA on unit.
