As an Operating Room RN with expertise in various surgical specialties, your responsibilities will include: Preparing the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready. Assisting the surgical team during procedures by passing instruments, monitoring vital signs, and providing a sterile environment. Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort. Administering medications, including anesthesia, as directed by the anesthesia provider. Documenting all aspects of patient care, including surgical procedures and patient outcomes. Maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to infection control protocols. Providing emotional support to patients and their families before and after surgery. Administer medication, operate medical equipment, and maintain a safe environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: General Surgery, Surgical Oncology, Colorectal Surgery, Podiatry, ENT, Dental, Peds, Plastics, Maxillofacial, Gynecology, Thoracic, Bariatric, Pulmonary, Urology, Vascular, Endovascular / Hybrid, Transplant (Liver, Kidney)
Must have Robotics, Vascular, and Plastics experience. NO EXCEPTIONS. Active Washington State RN License. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). Two professional references are required. Charge RNs are accepted. Skills: Med Line and Wound Vac Experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced Hospital environment. Successfully complete and pass a background check and drug test.
