Responsibilities
• Provide oversight for patient care and nursing services• Assist in creating and managing nursing care plans• Participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of the patient• Deliver quality care primarily for adult patients experiencing severe, but usually non-life-threatening issues requiring moderately complex assessments, intensive therapies, and interventions
Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut• BLS (AHA/ARC) certification• ACLS, PALS and PEARS certification preferred• 2 years of supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred• Medical-Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry experience preferred
Key Skills Needed
