Registered Nurse (Rn)

Key Responsibilities:
As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting initial and subsequent clinical eligibility assessments for MassHealth consumers placed in nursing facilities within our catchment area. Your role as an educator and advocate will involve collaborating with care managers, nursing facility staff, physicians, and community professionals to promote person-centered care planning.
Qualifications:
Current, Active, Unrestricted License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts.
Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, Associates of Science degree in Nursing, or Diploma RN.
Minimum of one year of clinical experience, with preference given to those with experience in the community or long-term care setting. Diploma RNs must have an additional two years of experience.
A reliable car, current driver's license, and safe driving record are required.
