Deliver specialized care to patients with nephrological conditions. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Advocate for patient rights and well-being. Facilitate educational opportunities for patients, families, and healthcare team members. Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in nursing practice. Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Valid Registered Nurse License in the state of Washington upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire. Minimum 1 year of nursing experience. Preferred Qualifications: National Certification in the area of specialty.
