Responsibilities
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, and/or disabled patients• Execute Plan of Care and monitor patient symptoms/behavior• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed• Provide advice, emotional support, and educate patients• Maintain compliance with all aspects of patient care• Communicate with Case Manager and maintain accurate patient logging
Requirements
• Current State Nursing License in good standing• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing• CPR Certification• Complete minimum state-mandated training hours, if applicable• Safe driving record with reliable transportation and car insurance• Must pass drug test and background check• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Free from health problems that may be injurious to client or other caregivers• Working knowledge of client-based medical software and equipment• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision• Malpractice Insurance required
