Responsibilities
• Deliver nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit• Rotate holidays and may float to other departments based on census• Provide care in Med/Surg, ED, and Mental Health departments• Work 12-hour shifts and potentially every other weekend or 3-day weekend• Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications• Possibly assist with TNCC and PALS• Ensure patient safety and well-being• Collaborate with healthcare team• Document patient information accurately• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse• BLS and ACLS certifications• TNCC and PALS certifications are helpful• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts• Flexibility to float to different departments• Strong clinical skills and knowledge• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation• Ability to work as part of a team• Adherence to hospital policies and procedures
