Registered Nurse/RN will join a mission-driven team that serves the home health needs of patients in the Charleston, Morgantown or Martinsburg, area of West Virginia
Benefits and Features:
Competitive income dependent on experience ($62,000 $69,000/year
$29 - $33/hourly)
Full-time role/40 hours per week
Flexible schedule
Providers Role with the Company:
Responsible for providing home nursing care through all phases of care
Provide treatment to patients per protocols, utilize OASIS assessment and documentation.
Manage and administer prescription medicines as needed
Perform on-going periodic system assessment and data collection in a systematic manner
Educates and instructs the patient, patients family, and other staff as required.
1 weekend on-call
Background Profile:
Registered Nurse/RN
License and Board Certification in the state of Virginia or pending
Open to new graduates with a great clinical background
1 A year or more home health experience preferred
Team-oriented & outstanding communication skills
