Nurse Resident - North 4 - Cardiology/Telemetry - Methodist Shift: Full Time Nights, every 4th weekend and holiday rotation Shift differentials available for qualifying shifts Benefits Eligible Full Time Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 paid over 2 years North 4 is a 23 bed nursing unit with telemetry cardiac monitoring capability for all patient beds. The nursing skill mix is 65% Registered nurse/35% patient care technician. The patient population on North 4 is cardiac medical. The major patient diagnoses includes: heart failure, pre/post cardiac catherization, cardiac diagnostic and intervention, myocardial infarction and medical overflow.

Graduate of accredited nursing program. Newly licensed nurse within the last 6 months. Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa. Completion of residency program within the first 12 months of employment. Dept of Labor Level III (Medium) Work.
