They are currently seeking a Registered Nurse with proficiency in circulating in the operating room, patient recovery, pre and post-operative education, sutra removal, and providing compassionate support to patients throughout their surgical journey. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-end setting treating VIPs with experienced doctors who are the best at what they do!  Proficiency in circulating within the operating room, ensuring the smooth flow of surgical procedures and maintaining a sterile environment. Ability to provide comprehensive care to patients during the recovery phase, monitoring vital signs, managing pain, and ensuring a safe transition to the post-operative area. Skilled in providing pre-operative education to patients and their families, as well as post-operative care instructions, including wound care and medication management. Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients, including hand-holding and reassuring them throughout their surgical experience. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Must possess a soft demeanor and patience, especially when working with detail-oriented physicians. Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced surgical environment. Additional Preferences: Willingness to be a go-to resource for all surgeons, working closely with a team of three surgeons. Continuous commitment to learning and professional development, with an openness to expanding skills and knowledge.
