Responsibilities
• Provides professional nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation to ensure physical and mental well-being.• Provides care to individuals within a specialized area of medicine to ensure physical and mental well-being• Evaluates current care plans, completes assessments, develops specialized treatment plans, documents medical activity, and analyzes patient data and results to help diagnose and treat illnesses and diseases• Educates patients and their support systems on how to manage conditions and to promote the health and well-being of patients and those around them• Participates in medical research as needed in collaboration with medical professionals and internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
• Associate's Degree in Nursing• RN- Registered Nurse-State Licensure and/or Compact State license. Currently licensed in Wisconsin.• 3 years experience as a registered nurse in an ambulatory clinic setting• Experience working under nurse protocols and patient education• Technical skills such as: injections, IV, triage, and wound care• English proficiency
