Assess critical care needs of patients. Formulate and implement plans of care. Provide for nursing care and administration of medications and treatments. Provide assessment, nursing care, and/or appropriate medical referral for critical care needs of patients to ensure optimal patient care. Provide Case Management skills relating to health issues to ensure optimal patient care. Assess and initiate appropriate use of condition-specific protocols of comfort, emergency and detoxification medications based on the Nursing Standards of Care, to result in optimal patient care. Participate timely in Conflict Resolution for health and recovery issues to result in appropriate care planning based upon individual patient needs. Continually seek and maintain knowledge necessary to facilitate optimal patient care and comfort. Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to benefit patient care. Required
Associate's Degree in Nursing Current RN license & registration in applicable state Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred
