Registered Nurse, Home Health

We are looking for an RN with prior experience in behavioral health or psychiatric care for a field based case management role. Requirements: · RN License in state of NC or able to obtain.
· Bachelor's degree
· Prior psychiatric or behavioral health experience
· Home Health experience a plus
