Required :
Associate degree or higher Over 1 year of experience in ANY of the following: Acute Care Emergency Department (ED) Critical Care Oncology Burn Unit/Wound Clinic Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) Home Health Care Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Jersey (NJ) Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) Full-Time position Preferred :
Bilingual in Spanish RN License Number List any specialized certifications you may have. Overview :
Our client is seeking a full-time Home Health RN in Middlesex County, NJ.
The ideal candidate will :

Middlesex County, NJ Key Responsibilities :
Provide direct or indirect skilled comprehensive nursing care to a specified (or variety) of age and diagnostic groups. Utilize principles of the nursing process to assist in data collection, planning, and evaluation of nursing care. Demonstrate nursing knowledge and skills in implementing prevention, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care. Utilize effective interviewing techniques, set limits, and collect data based on a specific role. Communicate and collaborate effectively with health care providers, third parties, patients, and families based on specific roles. Maintain awareness of the comfort and safety needs of patients Observe patients, record significant conditions and reactions, and notify supervisor or Physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents Respond to life-saving situations based on nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol Use oral and written communications to convey pertinent information to members of the healthcare team promptly.
