Responsibilities: Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7:30 PM; minimal on-call requirements including some weeknights, weekends, and one holiday per year. Evaluate patient conditions and develop comprehensive nursing care plans. Administer medications and conduct patient tests within RN scope of practice. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medication, and self-care. Use experience and judgment to meet nursing goals and ensure quality care. Benefits: Shared Governance model. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing required, or currently enrolled in an RN to BSN or RN to MSN program with significant progress made. Experience: 2-3 years of first assist experience in multiple specialties, including robotics, vascular/endo-vascular, spine, and total joints. Certifications and Licensure: Active PA Registered Nurse License. Compensation: Base Salary: $83,200 to $135,000, depending on experience. Full benefits package.
