Registered Nurse Educator / Health Promotion

Registered Nurse Educator / Health Promotion Job Qualifications Licensed and currently registered as a Registered Professional Nurse. Graduate of an approved school of nursing and holds a Diploma, Baccalaureate or Masters Degree. One year experience in the provision of nursing care in an acute care facility. Home Care experience preferred. One year of education/instruction experience preferred. Thorough knowledge of the scope of practice of professional and paraprofessional healthcare. Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Nursing. Current and valid Registered Professional Nurse license and registration. 1 - 2 years Certified Home Health Agency. Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal, teaching, presentation skills. Critical thinking skills. Customer service skills. Working knowledge of Computers. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree Nursing or Related Field. 1 - 2 years Staff development experience in Home care or Hospital.
