Registered Nurse, Ambulatory

Accountabilities: Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports. Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions. Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments. Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions. Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members. Records patient vital signs and medical information Performs other related duties as assigned. Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills. Minimum Experience Required: Candidate must have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Must be competent obtaining IV access. The Registered Nurse will handle complex, rapidly shifting and fluid situations.  The Registered Nurse will collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.  The candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job. Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills. Shift Requirement: 3 twelve-hour shifts a week Every other weekend  Must be willing to travel between offices
Required: 
BLS Required ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hiring Valid RN license Valid NJ RN License Preferred: BSN preferred 1-2 years experience preferred EPIC experience preferred DOT Drug Collector Certification Preferred Breath Alcohol Technician Certification Preferred
