Travel Compensation: Receive $32.00$38.00 per hour for travel time to and from facilities ensuring that your dedication is recognized and rewarded.
Clinical Experience: Leverage your clinical expertise with at least 1 year of preferred experience in coordinating nutritional care and meeting regulatory standards.
Responsibilities: Comprehensive Nutritional Care: Conduct nutritional assessments and provide counseling and education to residents and their families.
Meet DOH/state/federal regulations and company standards: ensuring adherence to all state federal and company policies and guidelines.
Autonomous Contribution: Perform duties independently with confidence showcasing your ability to contribute effectively without constant direction.
Requirements: Professional Credentials: Candidates must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills fostering positive relationships with residents families and colleagues.
Technological Proficiency: Utilize electronic charting systems with ease streamlining your workflow and enhancing efficiency.
