We are on the lookout for a dynamic Registered Client Associate/Licensed Wealth Management Associate boasting a minimum of 3 years of experience within the financial services realm. The ideal candidate will possess active FINRA Series 7 & 65 licenses along with a robust skill set, fueled by passion and determination, to cater to diverse client needs. Proficiency in managing high-net worth relationships is crucial, alongside the ability to engage with clients at all levels with confidence and professionalism. As the Registered Client Associate, your main gig revolves around being the right hand to our Financial Advisor/CEO. You'll dive into the nitty-gritty of client asset portfolios, jazzing up for meetings, whipping up performance reports, cracking open new accounts, and keeping tabs on existing ones. But it's not just number-crunching; you'll also be the go-to guru for tackling any challenges our clients throw our way, all while crafting authentic connections that stand the test of time. Tasks of Registered Service Client Associate:
Shows accountability and initiative by taking ownership of tasks that drive the firm's success.
Delivers timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, making complex solutions easy to grasp.
Manages tasks from start to finish, ensuring transactions and processes are completed efficiently.
Excels in clear communication, both in person and through email, to convey the firm's message and investment strategies.
Keeps our CRM database up to date, streamlining workflows for enhanced efficiency.
Adheres to industry regulations and stays up to date with licensing and continuing education requirements.
Thrives in an autonomous role, adapting seamlessly to new responsibilities as the firm grows
Requirements for Registered Service Client Associate: Resides in or willing to commute to Raleigh, Charlotte, or Asheville, NC; relocation assistance available
Must possess active FINRA Series 7 & 65 licenses (Mandatory requirement)
Bachelor's degree is desirable
Demonstrates a client-centric approach, reliability, and analytical prowess
Exhibits exceptional communication and presentation abilities
Proficient in time and energy management, with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
Experience with investment reporting software, preferably Morningstar
Demonstrated track record of meeting deadlines and adept problem-solving skills
