Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve territory sales objectives.
Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, fostering relationships with key customers.
Expand customer base through effective communication and relationship-building.
Recommend product enhancements based on market trends and customer feedback.
Conduct professional presentations and training sessions.
Generate leads through marketing efforts and convert them into sales.
Travel throughout the territory to meet with customers and establish relationships (25-50% travel expected).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of three years of sales experience.
Passionate about sales and achieving results.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
High standards of integrity and ethics.
Special Requirements and Physical Conditions:
Must have a valid Class "C" driver's license.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role, such as sitting, standing, bending, and reaching.
Willingness to work outdoors in various environmental conditions.
