Position Overview: The Regional Sales Manager will work with clients to identify their industrial automation and control needs while developing sales strategies to increase revenue. The manager will be responsible for prospecting new clients, providing technical support and advice, and cultivating business development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and maximize customer satisfaction. Identify and understand customer needs for industrial automation and control. Prospect and acquire new clients for industrial automation and control. Provide technical support and advice to clients. Cultivate business development opportunities with current and prospective clients. Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage budget and source components to meet customer needs. Work with distributors and logistics to ensure timely delivery of components. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in industrial automation and control. Understanding of drive systems, encoders, motion controls, and heavy industrial. Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management (CRM). Excellent organizational, budgeting, and sourcing skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience in OEM or related industrial sectors.
