  Position Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Southeast region. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of sales management principles and techniques.

 
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with construction clients, understanding their workforce needs and providing tailored staffing solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of staffing services to clients. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and business development efforts. Travel within the Southeast USA region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct sales meetings with the team. Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales management. Strong understanding of sales management principles and techniques, including sales planning, pipeline management, and performance tracking. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful sales plans. Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Willingness to travel within the Southeast USA region as needed.
