Infusion for Health is a referral-based infusion center that services all providers in multiple locations in California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Colorado, and Missouri. Our center is unique and offers individual comfortable private rooms for our patients. Our mission is to provide exceptional service in the administration of infusion therapy in a comfortable, patient-focused environment by providing exemplary professional clinical care.

We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Colorado and Missouri. This is a full-time role with the expectation to travel for up to 75% of the time. The ideal candidate will be based in Phoenixarea in order to be centrally located to the assigned territories.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Sales Director will lead the company's sales efforts across a designated geographic area. As the Regional Sales Director, they will play a pivotal role in expanding our patient-centric infusion therapy services and pharmacy services to healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices. This role will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, driving revenue growth and profitability, and promoting our mission of providing exceptional infusion therapy experiences to patients with autoimmune disorders and complex chronic conditions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales leadership roles within the healthcare, specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.

Deep understanding of healthcare provider networks, referral processes, and the medical landscape.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex medical concepts clearly to both medical professionals and non-medical stakeholders.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve targets and objectives.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive innovation and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment.

Passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to upholding Infusion for Health's mission, values, and goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop short and long-term sales strategies to gain market share/penetration with provider liaisons and provider development directors to uncover new sales opportunities, develop existing [organic] sales, and increase revenue.

Craft overall account sales strategy and coordinated activities of sales executives to achieve revenue goals and drive profitability; marshaled internal resources to develop plans that helped clients achieve objectives.

Work in concert with the Marketing Department to develop product literature, sales aids, and training programs.

Management of national sales team, pipeline development, and forecasting, as well as personally managing company's largest tier clients

This role is expected to travel up to 70-75% of the time.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals within the assigned region.

Identify and prioritize potential clients, including healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices, that align with our mission and values.

Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs.

Develop and execute a comprehensive market expansion strategy that identifies growth opportunities, target demographics, and revenue projections.

Relationship Building:

Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations to position Infusion for Health as the preferred choice for infusion therapy services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical and marketing teams, to ensure a unified approach in addressing client needs.

Sales Presentations and Consultation:

Deliver compelling presentations and consultations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the benefits and value of Infusion for Health's patient-centric approach to infusion therapy.

Tailor solutions to meet the specific requirements of each client, highlighting the expertise, compassion, and collaborative nature of our services.

Sales Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage a regional sales team to drive growth and meet sales targets.

Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success in building strong client relationships and achieving revenue goals.

Market Expansion:

Identify new business opportunities within the region, including partnerships, collaborations, and potential expansion to new geographic/clinic openings.

Develop and execute a comprehensive market expansion strategy that identifies growth opportunities, target demographics, and revenue projections for both the specialty pharmacy and ambulatory infusion centers.

Stay informed about industry regulations, reimbursement policies, and market dynamics that could impact sales strategies.

Reporting and Analytics:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, activity reports, and forecasts using appropriate sales tools and CRM software.

Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization in the sales process.

The annual salary range for this role is expected to be between

$140,000 - $150,000.

Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
