A growing and exciting real estate company is looking to add a Regional Property Manager to their team! The main mission of the Regional Property Manager is to lead professional execution of property operations, business plans, capital improvements, routine and recurring maintenance, and financial reporting of a region of properties. The Regional Property Manager will also be expected to lend their experience and expertise on an as-needed basis.Responsibilities Of Regional Property Manager:Facilitate excellent property operations via the formation, execution, and reporting on property business plansEnsure & contribute to excellent communication, workflow, and professional interaction within the teamCreate and document effective & professional operating systems within the departmentAssist property managers in hiring, supervising, and directing property staffs; Provide mentorship and growth opportunities to every member of property staffProvide accurate, timely, and meaningful operational reporting for each property.Help to form and plan major capital projectsAct as property management's subject matter expertInterface with the home office team to provide information, advice, and physical due diligence resources in support of new acquisition opportunitiesProvide general oversight of property management software functions for accuracyRequired Experience For Regional Property Manager:3-5 years of direct multi-site multifamily property management experience is required.
