The Regional Manager is responsible for all property operations and team member management at multiple Shelter properties, as well as providing superior customer service to residents.
The successful applicant will: Manage performance of multiple properties, including oversight of Property Managers, Hiring and training new managers, and coaching property managers through employee relation issues Be able to make timely resolutions of resident issues, successfully market the apartment community, and create successful relationship building with local businesses and corporate outreach Have a "can do" attitude and will uphold the culture of customer service at Shelter Corporation Financially report, including owners reports and budget creation Frequently communicate with teams and Shelter management, as well as perform special projects and other duties assigned by Portfolio Manager Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations Why Shelter Corporation?
