Properly, timely, accurately and systematically oversee and direct, coach and follow up with the management team in the clubs to ensure optimal financial results. Identify operational and financial deficiencies in each club in the region. In conjunction with the management team in the club, develop a plan, ensure proper implementation of the plan, and follow up on any and all operational and financial deficiencies in the club, ensuring optimal financial growth and profitability. All aspects of operation of the West Chicago area Demonstrates desired behaviors for staff and management in the region, including driving sales, coaching management on the proper handling of difficult and/or complicated sales, red screens, membership agreements, conflict resolution, etc. Requirements and Skills: Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
