Regional Human Resources ManagerLocation: Albuquerque, NMResponsible for leading and directing HR functions across multiple facilities

Responsibilities
• Travel to multiple facilities to conduct investigations, performance management, training, and employee surveys• Provide expert support and guidance to Payroll/HR Coordinators and Managers• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital• Create and maintain records including case files• Analyze trends to create strategic plans for workforce retention and engagement• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law• Perform other duties as assigned
