We are currently seeking a Regional Finance Director to join our team. Responsibilities: Work as an integral member of the Regional Leadership Team providing financial expertise and co-piloting for entire P&L statement from topline revenue to bottom line ebitda. Business partner to Regional Vice President RR and Divisional Controller for Supply Chain. Manage Period End Close process including accurate financial statements, detailed analysis of all P&L line items, and regular reporting for both the local operation and corporate finance. Lead and own the annual budget process for the entire region by partnering with Profit Center Managers, HR, Sales, Engineering and others by creating a bottoms-up plan with a very high level of detail including the BlueTriton Brands business strategies and continuous excellence. Produce monthly dynamic forecasts for the balance of year for all P&L line items. Be able to articulate, with sound support, the drivers of forecast changes via executive presentation monthly. Must understand the dynamics of sales initiatives, production trends, supply chain logistics, labor productivity, and the overall strategic network. Provide leadership to the PCMs (Profit Center Managers). Establish goals, track execution through KPIs and necessary reporting for added insights and awareness. Must add strategic thinking value as a member of the overall leadership team in the Region by working together in driving key business decisions. Provide a continuous improvement mindset with results orientation. Provide proper financial governance and P&L stewardship – focus items to include proper inventory controls, cash controls, labor management and asset management. Work with local leadership on investments and resource priorities, ROI calculations and business cases. Monitor general accounting functions such as A/P, payroll, fixed asset management and general ledger maintenance through partnering with centralized finance team. Create, refine, review and report on various monthly KPI's which summarize field performance in various key areas of the business along with forward-thinking leading measures to improve results. Must proactively partner with national counterparts to collaborate on finance opportunities within the BTB network. #LI-Remote Qualifications Requirements: Minimum 7 years of Finance Leadership experience in Last Mile Delivery (CPG preferred) and or Supply Chain (Manufacturing and Logistics distribution). BS Degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred. Ability to Co-Pilot and partner with sales/operational leaders to drive business results. Leadership experience in both direct and indirect reporting environments. Ability to work in a complex, changing environment. Strong systems skills (i.e. Excel, Essbase, SAP, Business Warehouse reporting, Access). Excellent Analytical ability required. Ability to analyze large data sets and handle high volume of transactional data. Strong controls and cost accounting background preferred. Travel required (20-25%) Pay Range: $154,634-$206,970. This role is eligible for a 25% annual bonus. Salary Range Disclaimer:
