Responsibilities
• Responsible for overall revenue, sales, and operational performance in each asset in their region• Ensures guest satisfaction performance exceeds brand average• Creates short- and long-term goals to support hotel property performance• Evaluates overall operations and reports results to VP of Operations and COO• Implements programs to meet corporate goals• Acts as a leader/mentor, offering coaching and development opportunities• Hires, develops, and manages a team of General Managers• Acts as subject matter expert on brand standards• Oversees financials of assigned hotels and conducts audits• Partners with HR to ensure staffing needs are met• Supports hotels in driving profitability and effectiveness• Participates in revenue calls and conducts property visits• Provides oversight on employment and workplace investigations• Drives diversity awareness and inclusivity• Cultivates professional and technical knowledge• Completes required company training/compliance courses
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration• Proven success as a tenured General Manager within Marriott and Hilton brands• Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality operations• Minimum 2 years of operations leadership experience in full-service hotel or luxury brands• Minimum 2 years of multiple property experience as a General Manager
