High Focus Centers is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. Summary:

The Regional Director of Operations will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for the
growth of all services they oversee. The Regional Director of Operations will be tasked with building new programs
in collaboration with stakeholders from the medical community to achieve an integrated health model. The Regional
Director of Operations will have passion for the treatment and prevention of substance abuse and will be able to
convey this passion to the community at large
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and administer a comprehensive system of inpatient services that respond to the community's
needs and support the organization's overall mission, philosophy, and goals
Integrate the management of the

inpatient/outpatient

system into the organization's continuum of care
Ensuring the development and expansion of the

inpatient/outpatient

system's referral base
Evaluate and guide the development of new services.
Responsible for contract expansion and renewal requests.
Monitoring performance of subordinate staff; providing reinforcement, remediation, or other appropriate
response as needed.
Serving as the fiscal manager for facility services.
Serving as liaison between Pyramid's outpatient and inpatient service delivery systems.
Implementing policies and procedures for services, including the inpatient system's plan for ensuring
continuous quality improvement.
Oversees facility licensing and accreditation reviews.
Assists in the hiring/development of staff as appropriate.
Works collaboratively with Inpatient and Outpatient organizational leads to provide cross region/facility
collaboration to share resources and provided a network of peer support.
Directs and provides facility oversight to recovery oriented systems of care initiatives.
Works closely with central admissions team, Regional Quality Managers, Human Resources, Director of
Nursing and other support teams to ensure best practices.
Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervision of all operational staff at assigned

facilities/programs

Required Qualifications
Education, Licensure, & Experience
At least 5-10 years of management experience required. Experience managing large or multiple healthcare
programs preferred.
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, health
administration, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or other related field.
Extensive background with local, state, and federal guidelines, as well as accrediting bodies preferred.
