As a member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Central Region Complex Security business. Leading a dedicated sales team across 11 states, you'll be responsible for executing sales strategies to drive profitability, growth, and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team in selling a range of offerings including Access, CCTV, Intrusion, and Fire systems.
Develop and execute sales and margin plans for the assigned geography.
Hire, coach, and develop sales personnel to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers to drive opportunities.
Serve as a local leader for customers, employees, and the community.
Your Role:
Maximize secured sales, return on assets, revenue, and growth objectives.
Expand market penetration by securing new customers and expanding existing customer relationships.
Develop and maintain account plans with key customers.
Drive growth strategies consistent with business objectives.
Lead the local market account management and assignment of key accounts.
Foster a collaborative team environment and provide effective communication with internal staff.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Strong sales leadership experience with a focus on driving growth and productivity.
Understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
Ability to balance external and internal priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and drive execution.

Competitive salary range: $140K - $190K (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
