Tenured key employees receive free health insurance premiums. 401K with company match Referral Hire Bonus program RESPONSIBILITIES Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on commercial refrigeration equipment to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems. Clean, adjust, and calibrate systems to optimize performance and energy efficiency. Diagnose malfunctions in refrigeration systems and components using various tools and diagnostic equipment. Repair or replace defective parts, provide detailed root cause analysis for client documentation. Test and ensure proper functioning of repaired equipment. Handle refrigerants safely and responsibly, adhering to environmental regulations and industry best practices. Perform leak detection and repair, as well as recharge systems with the appropriate refrigerants. Maintain accurate records of all service and maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and hours spent. Provide detailed reports to clients and management regarding equipment status, recommended repairs, and maintenance schedules. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns. Provide technical assistance, training and guidance to clients on the proper use and maintenance of their refrigeration systems. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Stay informed about industry safety standards and regulations. QUALIFICATIONS Commercial HVAC or refrigeration experience
Experience with supermarket refrigeration systems a plus Clean driving record with willingness to travel up to 2hrs Ability to work 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling to accommodate families
