Let's continue to serve our community together!You will be trusted to:- Build and maintain relationships with high schools, vocational/tech schools, universities, student groups, and community organizations to enhance LCRA brand as an employer of choice and to build talent pools.- Organize and juggle multiple priorities; this position identifies, plan, manages, and facilitates all campus and community recruitment events such as on-campus recruiting, interviewing, information sessions, career fairs, and resume review workshops.- Identify new opportunities for potential new partnerships.- Deliver new employee orientation once a month.- Serve as the summer internship program administrator.- Travel up to 50% during peak times to recruitment and networking events. Travel will be mostly in-state day trips, but occasionally overnight and out-of-state Peak times are August-November and January-April.You qualify with:- Six or more years of experience in human resources or other relevant experience.- A degree(s) in human resource management, business administration or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.- Driver's licenseYou are a great fit with:- Knowledge of designing, developing, and implementing strategic recruiting programs and digital recruiting strategies.- Experience building and cultivating meaningful relationships with high school, colleges, universities, student groups, and community groups.- Experience creating an HR branding strategy.- Experience working with internal and external partners at various levels of the organization.- Advanced communication skills with experience in promoting strong relationships in person, via telephone, email, social media, etc.- Skill in using applicant tracking systems.- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).You gain:- Competitive salary & medical, dental, vision and legal insurance- Paid time off, including time for vacation, sick and family care leave- 401(k) match up to 8% that includes a student loan 401(k) contribution program option- Life and disability insurance- Wellness program including wellness incentive- Extensive learning & development programsAnd more - all to create a compelling and rewarding work environment.Equal Opportunity EmployerLCRA provides equal employment opportunities and a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
