Let's continue to serve our community together!You will be trusted to:- Build and maintain relationships with high schools, vocational/tech schools, universities, student groups, and community organizations to enhance LCRA brand as an employer of choice and to build talent pools.- Organize and juggle multiple priorities; this position identifies, plan, manages, and facilitates all campus and community recruitment events such as on-campus recruiting, interviewing, information sessions, career fairs, and resume review workshops.- Identify new opportunities for potential new partnerships.- Deliver new employee orientation once a month.- Serve as the summer internship program administrator.- Travel up to 50% during peak times to recruitment and networking events.
