The InterEx Group is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to run a full Sales desk on our contract and perm divisions in our New York City office, a short walk from Grand Central Station! The InterEx Group | Recruitment Consultant Location: On Site in NYC - 45th & 5th Ave!
$65K-85K +Uncapped Commission (Salary varies depending on job level, experience and skillset)

Responsibilities:
Build your network by connecting and identifying the best candidates and clients in either the Cloud, Data or Security market Complete a high volume of cold calling to perspective clients and candidates each day Sign on new clients and build long-lasting relationships Manage multiple full-cycle recruitment processes Negotiate, organize and finalize assignments and offers between candidates and clients Complete a high volume of cold calling to perspective clients and candidates each day Must-Haves
Top billers Experienced 360/ full-desk Consultants with 6-18 months experience within the Technology sector (Cloud, Data, Security preferred) Previous experience of building a Contract OR Perm book of business Candidates with excellent Account Management and Business Development experience Professionals with a successful track record of bringing in new business Why Apply?
