A Day in the Life at Refer.io: Stepping into this role, you are not just a sales rep; you are a pioneer. You will actively engage with leads our marketing experts generate, while also crafting and refining our sales process.
This role isn't about cold calls; it's about warm leads and strategic engagements .
Your day will oscillate between scheduled demos and follow-ups, with ample space to innovate on our sales approaches. Every day is unique-filled with opportunities to influence, shape, and capitalize on our robust marketing efforts, turning warm prospects into successful, satisfied clients.
What We're Looking For: We seek a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record in HR tech sales, who is eager to transition from traditional sales tactics to a more solution-oriented approach.
You should be a visionary ready to deliver significant ROI, forge long-term relationships, and believe in leading with value.
Over your first 90 days, you'll dive deep into our processes and systems, mastering the art of engaging clients with our innovative employer branding strategies.
Location & Travel: This is a fully remote position, however, some travel is expected-likely less than 10%-including attendance at trade shows and monthly team meet-ups at exotic locations or in southern Utah.
Your Compensation: You'll receive a monthly salary based on your experience ($4k to $5k per month) plus a generous commission structure.
While we are a small company, we do have amazing benefits including 15 days of PTO, paid holidays, health/dental/vision insurance.
