The Recruiting Assistant plays a key role in accomplishing the mission of Rapid Response Monitoring by growing our team through identifying and hiring qualified talent. The Recruiting Assistant will assist in all facets of the recruiting process, utilizing excellent communication skills and high level professionalism. Success in this position is achieved through a high attention to detail, the ability to accept and apply feedback and a sense of urgency.
Location This position is in-office and reports to our facility in Henderson, NV
Salary $22-25 per hour

Responsibilities Support recruitment for an assigned group of job posts.Supporting the applicant tracking, logging and reviewing processes.Full accountability for scheduling, conducting and supporting different stages of the interview process.Track new hire offers, interact with candidates, Human Resources and the training team to ensure a successful onboarding experience.Help to plan and execute recruiting events.
