Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in our hiring process by interviewing potential caregivers, collecting hiring documents, making calls, answering emails, and maintaining accurate records of the hiring process on spreadsheets. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and caregivers alike.
Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews with potential caregivers. Collect and review hiring documents, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Make outbound calls to potential candidates to schedule interviews and follow up on application status. Respond promptly to emails and inquiries from applicants, providing information and guidance as needed. Track the hiring process and maintain up-to-date records on spreadsheets, including candidate information, interview schedules, and hiring status. Collaborate with team members to streamline and improve the recruitment process. Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets). Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards caregivers and clients. Knowledge of the healthcare industry and caregiver roles is a plus. Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is strongly preferred. Benefits:
