Workrise is hiring a Recruiter, Oil and Gas responsible for sourcing workers, reviewing resumes, and finding job opportunities across multiple categories and roles. This position works closely with the worker recruiting and sales teams to help build and maintain the pipeline of workers to support the organization's ability to deliver quality workers quickly and efficiently to clients. This role will be exempt and reports to the Lead, Recruiter Oil and Gas.Why Join Us? Our team partners closely with Sales, Onboarding, Marketing, Compliance, and Worker Success Managers to ensure we remain the top workforce provider in the market.What you'll be doing:Recruiting and Sourcing:Review resumes to understand candidate experience, knowledge, certifications, etc, to quickly and efficiently identify individuals for current and potential clientsSource viable candidates for a variety of roles across multiple categories (such as Construction and Project Managers, Pipeline and Facilities Inspectors, QA/QC Professionals, and Engineering Professionals)Leverage internal network/platform for viable candidatesRecruit potential candidates outside of Workrise using a variety of sourcesSell potential candidates on the opportunity and value of Workrise to build a pipeline of available workers in the energy marketClient Support:Support the Workforce team in responding to questions or requests from workersProvide market trends and insight based on recruiting and sourcing experience for the team to inform and educate clientsExperience and Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in sales, recruiting, or a similar field or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. recruiting, sales support, success, onboarding, etc.)Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Energy, and/or Skilled Trades industriesAbility to prioritize multiple priorities with varying deadlinesAbility to maintain relationships through texting, (cold) calling, and flexible availability based on client baseExcellent ability to communicate both written and verbally with a variety of audiencesAdditional experience preferred but not required:Bilingual, preferably fluent in SpanishExperience in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExperience with BullhornEssential Job Functions:Regular, on-time attendanceAbility to travel 10% of the timeAbility to communicate effectivelyAbility to use office equipment such as a computer, copier and telephoneAbility to use office computer programs such as e-mail, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelOccasionally work in outdoor weather conditionsConstantly remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periodsAbility to lift/carry up to 25 lbs
