Full job description We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Recruiters to join our Springfield MO team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to fill various positions within our organization's client base. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, professional networks) and offline channels (e.g., career fairs, networking events). Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest in the position. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system. Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring. Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, social recruiting). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
