Job summary
Ranken Jordan is the country's first pediatric bridge hospital.Looking for amazing new TEAM MEMBERS.Immediate opening for a prn front desk receptionist.

Responsibilities
• Greet all customer sets in a courteous and professional manner.• Provide phone retrieval/transfer, email reading and responding, and use of Vocera.• Work with the Concierge to provide strong customer service.• Conduct visitor registration process and proper identification.• Proficient in computer software programs to support visitor management.• Provide front desk training to Public Security Officers and new hires.• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.• Perform accurate reading and documentation of PPD skin tests.• Responsible for building access, lost and found, cabs, meal ordering, mail metering, copy machine, and petty cash.• Provide administrative support for routine and special projects.
Requirements
• HS Diploma preferred.• Experience in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.• Ability to work as a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.• Manage multiple and changing priorities simultaneously.• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.• One year of clerical experience preferred.• Receptionist or customer service experience preferred.• Multiple phone line experience.• Word processing speed of 35-40 wpm preferred.
