Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through virtual chats• Manage customer flow and ensure a Five-Star Customer Service experience• Address customer concerns and escalate when necessary• Promote alteration services and personalization options• Maintain store standards and dress code policy• Respond to customer questions and provide product and service information• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships• Manage inventory procedures and process orders• Assist with cash wrap transactions and sales promotions• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 1-2 years of prior retail experience• Ability to adapt communication style to suit customers and resolve conflicts• Good phone skills and problem-solving abilities• Ability to handle multiple customers at once and provide exceptional service• Knowledge of alteration services• Ability to follow operational checklists and meet customer needs• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, lift up to 25 pounds, etc.• Basic computer and electronic device skills
