We're looking for a receptionist/admin who believes in the core values of Safe Harbor Property Management and is driven by Our mission. SHPM is to create a family-oriented environment through quality management principles to inspire respect and build trust with our staff, residents, vendors, and property investors. Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Answer phone calls & greet our guests professionally. Collect rent checks and provide tenant receipts. Organize and schedule maintenance inspections and appointments. Creating google calendar inspections and appointments. Copy, mail, file, and scan as needed. Create and maintain highly organized filing systems, both electronic and physical. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, bills/invoices. Produce regularly scheduled reports. Post on individual ledgers- late fees and invoices. Assist tenants and vendors by managing queries and requests. Oversee and maintain tenant/vendor insurance compliance. Data entry of new vendors and tenant lease renewals. Upkeeping the cleanliness of the office. Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Requirements: Excellent interpersonal skills. Must have extreme attention to detail. Possess a strong aptitude for problem solving. Professional office attire. Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt and multi-task and prioritize work. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Excellent customer service skills. Sensitivity to confidential matters. Job Type: Part-time.
Pay: $18.00 per hour.
Benefits: Paid vacation time. Paid sick time. Paid Federal holiday time. Professional areas of growth. Schedule: 6-hour shift (30-minute lunch). Monday to Friday 10AM-4PM (possibly flexibility). Experience: 2 years receptionist/admin assistant experience.
